An intensive clinical evaluation of a consumer’s mental health state. This determines whether the consumer is appropriate for and can benefit from Mental Health Rehabilitative Services.

Medication Somatic (Management)

Medication Somatic (Management)
Medical interventions needed for effective mental health treatment. They include prescriptions, supervision or administration of medications, as well as, providing education and direction for symptom and medication management.

Individual, group or family face-to face services for symptoms and behavior management, development, restoration or enhancement of adaptive behaviors, skills, enhancement or maintenance of daily living skills and relapse prevention strategies.

Community Support/Case Management

Community Support/Case Management
Consumers achieve rehabilitation and recovery goals through assistance in resource identification; outlining available and essential entitlements for both government programs and supports through other social service agencies. Groups offered will be: Anger management for adult and adolescents, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), parent support and maintaining sobriety groups

Forensic Population

In addition to the 4 core services, FWC also provides mental health and support services to the forensic population who are involved with the judicial system, and have a mental health diagnosis. Through individual forensic therapy, our goal is to increase the individual’s insights about his/her own thought processes, awareness and choices. An understanding of the impact of his/her behaviors on self and others; ultimately, helping to decrease recidivism.

FWC works in close collaboration with Court Services & Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), pretrial services, Dept of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS), the juvenile, and criminal justice systems to ensure positive and effective treatment options to our consumers.
